Fabio Testi is a cop seeking to bust a vicious gang of hoodlums terrorizing the city on the orders of a skinny guy in a suit. He is in over his head--literally--he is thrown down a hill while in his car--impressive sequence where the actor is inside the car as it is tumbling down the hill. It looked dangerous. As his efforts to catch the gang fail--he gets a restaurant owner to testify against them-only to see the barely teen daughter of the witness kidnapped and fatally gang raped. Another good citizen-a professional skeet shooter, is subjected to a home invasion in which his wife is also gang-raped and set on fire--while he is held by the only woman member of the gang who taunts him as he is forced to watch.
Ultimately he loses his job and decides to recruit his own gang--comprised of victims of the hooligans. They include a drug dealer with a steel neck brace, the restaurant owner who is now driven insane and devoted to killing every criminal he can to avenge his daughter, the revenge-obsessed skeet shooter, and Vincent Gardenia.
Terrible English dub but otherwise very entertaining.

If I remember correctly, in the home invasion scene (skeet shooter's house), not only is the wife gang-raped, she's also gleefully urinated on by the thugs just before they set her on fire -- all while hubby watches.
In another scene, Testi's cop buddy is brutally killed when a bad guy empties a submachine gun into him from about three feet away (as the already-wounded man is crawling along the ground).
Funny thing is, for all the "Eurocrime" brutality on display, the film's English dub is ludicrously chaste... Instead of cursing, phrases like "Son of a gun!" are used in place of profanity.

I can't remember if they urinated on her--they do set her on fire. What's noteworthy is that it's the girl thug who is taunting the husband as it happens.
