The film I'm trying to recall has a young couple (early 20s?) possibly on their first date. I think they were on an amusement park ride. Perhaps they were doing something they were not supposed to do (e.g. having sex?). As they're leaving, arm-in-arm, she turns to him and says something like, "Gee, do you think they'd let us do it again" or "go again", when it was obvious that they were not going to be invited back.

You might try "Whatever It Takes" from 2000. It had an amusement park scene. I don't remember the line of dialogue you quoted, but I remember that she drank too much before going on the ride and threw up on him. He begged for a shirt from a T-shirt vendor and got a Furby shirt that was too small.

O.P here. I knew I'd seen the movie several times so it was probably in my DVD library. After two weeks, I decided to search online scripts. After about 45 minutes, I found it, although I incorrectly remembered facts.
It wasn't an amusement park ride and the two were not romantically involved. It was a hair-raising military exercise at basic training. The exercise had just been successfully completed, separately, by a male cadet and a female cadet. She turns to him and in a sarcastic tone says, "Gosh, that was great! Think they'd let us do it again?". The film was An Officer and a Gentleman. The exercise consisted of a simulation of a jet crashing into the ocean.

I saw "An Officer and a Gentleman" on the big screen (twice), and I don't remember that line.
