I so relate to this. Especially the first two. Those really are very difficult and challenging energy transitions that we have to be able to summon up on a daily basis. Ugggghhh....

I love all artistic mediums, but I think music is special due to how completely abstract/alien it is even at it's most traditional. Other artforms have to "devolve" quite a bit to get to that level.
