Why is God getting the credit? "You just saved my baby from the burning building! Oh thank God!" "Fuck you bitch. Give me the thanks since I'm the one who saved your baby."
"Due to the experimental new medicines we tried we expect your husband to make a full recovery." "Oh thank God, doctor. Thank God!" "I'm the one who knew exactly what to give him. How about giving me the credit?"
Stop thanking God when someone does something for you and thank that person instead since God is not responsible.

Sentences can be structured to thank as many people as wanted.

When my oncologist told me that my cancer was in remission, I thanked him. For his dedication to the medical profession, for answering all of my questions, even when he was in a hurry to get to his next patient, for convincing me to stay the course when I felt like quitting. I don't know what his personal beliefs were, regarding religion. But clearly he, and other scientists who did research, were to be credited with my survival. I never, ever say "thank god." I try to not use the word 'god' at all.

Why would I thank a deity that I do not believe exists? I thank the individual, or group, that helped me. I thanked the deputy sheriffs that responded to my 911 call when I heard the voice of a prowler telling my dog to stop barking and be quiet at 4 a.m.

More proof theophobiacs are the most irrational thing on the planet. Why on earth would you ever bother caring who someone else is thanking? Mind your business and thank whoever the heck you want. That's what commas are for.

God Is COMPLETELY Responsible for all of these, as God Used these people to make these Miracles happen!!!! According to this logic, if I do something bad then I could blame the Devil and I should get off the hook since I am just an instrument of the Devil and am not responsible for my actions just like how you are suggesting that none of those in my examples were responsible for theirs.

Strangely enough, in the real world...blaming the Devil in court is not accepted... come to think of it, Clusium would have a bit of a hard time proving that God actually did anything in the secular Court of law.

Ya know, in the bible God did a lot of killing. Like flooding the world to kill all the sinners to start over. Lot of good that did! (Of course it was just made up bunk to explain how the seas and oceans were made. They didn't have science to explain things back then.) So God should get the blame for when bad things happen. Or the Devil. No one ever curses at or blames either one. And let's suppose someone comes out of a five year coma where they thought the patient would die. You never hear anyone say, "God beat the Devil to keep her alive!" Why is that? If those dummies can give credit to an invisible God and look silly doing so then they can blame the Devil. Or if the person dies, they will be like, "Well, God called her home." to somehow justify that it was OK that He killed her. Those who believe in the biblical God are real weirdos.

And is sports. Baseball. A batter hits a homerun and points to the sky before he crosses home plate. Yeah? Where was your God when you struck out and got thrown out at first base the first two times you were up? And why didn't you thank God when you made that awesome catch above the wall when you were in the outfield? I'll tell ya why. Because it was all on you that either failed or succeeded. It didn't have one thing to do with that stupid God you believe in you dummy.
And then when your team loses because you made the last out with the bases loaded, where was your God to help you then? Fucking morons who believe in this shit.

The Devil does get blamed. So does the devil instigate bad things or is it the person who commits them? Where does the blame lie?

Right back at you, and you may want to rethink being on a discussion board. We are both on a public forum where we can discuss this talking about matters that are off this board unless I grossly misunderstood the thread. We are both here willingly to dish and to take...Until you apparently decide to ignore that which you cannot take. The difference is in the real world I don't get bent out of shape when I don't see a godless person pray (After all, that's what you don;t do)and yet you are whining about someone who has nothing to do with you thanking everyone and everything (Because that's what most people do) that help in whatever way they are thankful. Trust me when I say your view is more pathetic by a country mile.
