My mom's parents I called Grandma and Grandpa
My dad's dad I called Poppy (not uncommon)
His mother I called Mamoo.

No, just Grandma and Grandpa when addressing them directly, and followed by their first names when talking about them.
Both my mother and her mother married young, so on that side of the family I had great-grandparents who lived until I was almost 20 years old. I also called them Grandma and Grandpa, followed by their first names.
