I have just read through this whole thread and am appalled at the hatred and bigotry that is exhibited. Why should people who are in love with each other and want to commit to each other be vilified and insulted? And as it is not impinging on others, why is it anyone's business? Gay people getting married hurts 'awhina's feelings. Try to have some tolerance for her intolerance. How can someone's feeling be hurt by something that doesn't affect them, though? Very sad!

Sadly, many of them learned their bigotry from trusted and loved adult role models when they were children. It's hard for people, even as adults, to objectively criticize those who they looked up to as children. |

Those 4 men are the most famous biblical scholars to espouse this theory Neill, James (2009). The Origins and Role of Same-Sex Relations In Human Societies Daniel A. Helminiak, ''Sex and the Sacred'' (Routledge 2012) The Centurion in Matthew 8:5–13: Consideration of the Proposal of Theodore W. Jennings, Jr., and Tat-Siong Benny Liew". All four men are American,Jennings and Helminiak are both in their 70s,. I presume she is referring Daniel Helminiak a Catholic priest who came out as gay in 1976. Notice the fact Geode that she left out that this "elderly American homosexual" was a well respected biblical scholar and Catholic priest. |

But surely you can tell us which cell structures you mean and where you read it ..... Surely. I can even comment (modestly) on the material I examined, but I won't. I've seen this game before and I don't play it. If you were really concerned for the truth of things regardless of which truth it might be, then I might bother. I try to avoid worthless pursuits. I read peer-reviewed journals, good in my opinion. |
