After last night, I'm pretty sure our women have our men covered. Less sure aboit India... I think Aussie women team are the best international cricket team at the moment. Women cricketers are actually very skilful and the game doesn't have to grow based on feminism or increasing women power agenda. Perry and Lanning are sheer greatness. There are no male counterparts for them.

There are only 3 women cricketers who have any chance of mixing it with the blokes. Ellyse Perry Alyssa Healy Sarah Taylor.
I’ve long said that the two best glovers in world cricket are Taylor and Healy.

I'm not ashamed to say I got knocked over by former NSW all rounder Tamara Roach in a pub game. Twas a good pill, genuine inswinger that I couldn't do much about. Of course I'm a bowler whose progressively worse with the bat (last innings I played I took more hits to the body than I administered to the ball). Anyway I mainly bowl flighted toppies in pub cricket, but when Tamara came in I came off my long run and sent two past her nose.
