Top Gun Star Wars Certain Star Trek movies Blade Runner The Fifth Element Terminator/Terminator 2: Judgement Day Forest Gump Saving Private Ryan Mission: Impossible Independence Day Godzilla (original) Jurassic Park 89' Batman The Indy trilogy (at the time) Braveheart Alien Aliens Predator 1 and 2 ............................just to name a few, and yes I grew up in the 90s =) so the 80s was my primary influence.

ummm probably Collateral, Lost in Translation, Eternal Sunshine..., and Stranger Than Fiction, film wasn't really a "respected" thing in my family, so actually fully embracing a film came later in life.

Always liked cinema since a kid...you grow up with it like TV or music or books.
The films that probably really got me interested in films and how they are made were probably Ray Harryhausen movies and Halloween.

The earliest stuff was the Universal monster movies and Toho stuff. Also King Kong, Rocky, Rambo, Superman, Old Yeller, Jaws. Then came slasher flicks; Halloween, Jason, Freddy. Once Batman and T2 came out I was hooked. Can't forget Back to the Future.
