Hard to argue with Sierra Madre, but Key Largo is a sentimental Number Two for me.

If you mean story then Treasure of Sierra Madre is better than Casablanca. And so is the Maltese Falcon. So is High Sierra. So is Key Largo.. So is...

The Treasure of Sierra Madre and The Maltese Falcon are eligible contenders.

The Caine Mutiny deserves an honourable mention.

The African Queen
Although Casablanca and The African Queen are the only two Bogart films I have seen.

I would be lying if I said I wasn't partial to Sabrina.

Bogie is a God so its hard to pick. Odd that so many people love him as a villain. I would say The Maltese Falcon or The Big Sleep along with Casablanca are my favorites. The Return of Doctor X with Bogie as a creepy vampireesque doctor is obviously his best movie though.

Who knows, maybe ill see some of the movies people listed in this topic eventually as I can't write off Bogart yet based on the only movie I attempted to watch of his so far which is Casablanca. but I could not finish it due to boredom (killed it at 47min) on Feb 21st 2018.

Funny, as most people can’t finish your posts due to boredom.

my favourite is We’re No Angels. i’m Not especially fond of Casablanca, but Claude Rains has all the best lines in that.

Why bother trying to watch Bogart when there's so many of those entertaining transforming robot movies out?

I don't think you can even say what is the best Bogart movie, they are all THAT GOOD. Even the "least" of his films is better than 95% of the garbage coming out of Hollywood today.
