I'm hearing Starc. The feeling is that he's a liability when he's not bowling well and that they'd need M Marsh as a fall back. No Marsh, no Starc.
For England, there really wasn't any point picking Woakes again if Root refuses to bowl him. Hopefully Overton will be used.

16th wicket for BROAD in the series. looks like both him and CUMMINS will reach 25 wickets each. LYON and ARCHER in contention as well.

labuschagne on the verge of another fifty. if he gets there, it would be his fourth consecutive one of the series.

I'll take a draw right here and now. Then it's shit or bust for England in a one match shoot out at The Oval - wonderful

Weather wins in the end. Oz in pole position at the moment. Manchester, weather often shite, least they gave the world Joy Division/New Order...
On the morrow, maybe, if Moses can be resurrected and part the Manchester waters for us...

I think the weather will win this one. Labuschagne might have a career reminiscent of Stephen Fleming - lots of starts, 50’s, not many 100’s, but will make a massive one.

He's a prospect and half I think. My only proviso would be that he has been playing in English conditions already this summer (and been great though) so he is well tuned in, you and the others know that other tests await. Right now though I would have him in my 11 to bat for my life.
