If you like the "Marvel formula" and want to see what that looks like in it's generic form then sure, the films no bad, it's not good either, it's a perfect background film to have on whilst you do other stuff, the plot doesn't make enough sense to make not paying attention that much of a detriment.
But if you just kind of like the other MCU films you've watched then I would say skip this, you have seen some of the more stand out films, and if you only just kinda like them this middle of the road version probably wont hook you either.

I guess it's pointless to tell you to watch the installments you skipped, but you must watch INFINITY WAR before you watch all the movies released after it (including C.M.). I just remembered I have also seen infinity war. But why do you say I must watch it 1st before the ones that came after it... Continuity, but then the events of IW's ending was known by people who don't watch these movies so it probably doesn't make a difference.
But IW doesn't really tie into either Antman & The Wasp or CM, you could see both without needing to see IW, it's literally either the very last scene of the movie or a mid credit scene which seeing IW helps put into context, FFH you should probably watch both IW & Endgame however or that could be confusing.

It's worth seeing if you want to watch the movie which led to the access media finally confirming it's biased agenda, beyond any shadow of doubt. It's not worth seeing if you have a couple of hours to spare and want to spend them watching something good. It's a highly generic yawnfest, just like the other MCU origin movies.

Of the three consecutive billion dollar plus box-office blockbuster 2019 MCU movies, it's the weakest of the bunch.
If you're hankerin' for a good superhero movie, there are plenty of other MCU movies that are better.
