So this is your way of avoiding the topic at hand, when I am asking for those that believe in a Christian deity to back up their belief with evidence. Yes, denial runs deep, or ironically only skin deep with the transparency of belief. You were not the one who made this topic. Feologild Oakes did, & for some reason, he deleted himself. mslo79 shared Our Lady of Guadulupe. I consider her (as well as Mary's other appearances in the world as proof). Does that seem like good proof for you? Somehow, I do not think so. No matter what we Christians (or any other religious group of people) tell you, it will never be good enough. Proof actually has to be 'proof' and NOT just wishful thinking and fairy stories.

you think I’m a fundy? Interesting... Yes, I do. The reason is your alleged dependence on the 'fundamentals' of literal Bible and scriptures. If you say that the answers to everything are in the Bible and only you can understand it....you are a fundy… and the fact that they are only translations and interpretations of a collection of ancient books thrown together at a much later date than the events described, escapes you End of story. You and Isapop are in a mood today with the fake statements of my views. Where on earth did I ever say I can only understand the Bible? I'm ok with being called a fundy but there's a lot of fundies here who would take issue with that which is why I find it interesting.

It is also borderline insanity, from which is already absurd. Ever heard of the 0Zone Layer, Toasted Cheese? That layer of gas in the Earth's hemisphere that is being destroyed by pollution? Before pollution began destroying that layer, it was for protecting all living things on Earth from the cancerous effects of the sun. Putting the destruction of that layer aside, & whatever it is made up of, the fact that it is there at all, points to a Supreme Creator. It means Someone Wanted to put life on Earth. All animal life, including human beings, breathe in oxygen, & breathe out carbon dioxide. All plant life breathe in carbon dioxide & breathe out oxygen. Again, this points to a Supreme Creator. If life was all a complete & random accident, there would be no connecting relationship, preserving the life force of the living things here on Earth.

Sorry that is just the puddle argument, the water that fills the hole feels like the hole was built for it, but it actually changed to fit the whole. As we know for a fact evolution occurs, the fact that life seems to fit so perfectly on the earth can be attributed to evolution not creation. It fits so well not because it was designed for us, but because we adapted to it.

This is actually pretty funny. With your career long(on these Boards) insistence on the 'special' nature of your personal beliefs, one of your greatest catch cries when pressed on Biblical and scriptural matters, is your reliance on your own peculiar and exhaustive knowledge and interpretation of the Bible. I mean peculiar in that you claim it is peculiar to you and that you rely on it exclusively and it is none of our business when we challenge you. It is hilarious that no matter what we say they are always Like all theists who rely on the Bible for their beliefs, it can be VERY convenient to shift those views when challenged. You thrive on it. Can you not see, that your statement two is NOT a logical conclusion to your statement one, that no-one is disputing? What Gadreel is saying is that the because ozone layer is there and we adapted because of it and evolution had begun, as a consequence of a pre-existing condition. There is NO intention in evolution.

You just ignored my comment didn't you, I can see analogies are no good, lets address the issue you have pointed out, your contention: God made the Ozone layer so that life would be comfortable on earth for the living creatures that he designed that somehow get hurt by the sun he also designed. My observation if the earth evolved to have an ozone layer, then life would be able to begin to thrive, and even though, looking back on it, it may look like the ozone layer was put there so we could live, in actual fact the ozone layer ended up there and that is what allowed us to live. My observation shows that there is another way of looking at it, and the ozone layer does not REQUIRE a creator.

It also formed naturally, no help from God. It was just there, which facilitated evolution of living things, NOT the other way around.

gozBut you got to admit that's (the 'Our Lady of Guadalupe' image from the year 1531 etc) AT LEAST plausible in terms of proof even though you act like it's just some random occurrence that's not worth anything. just the fact it survived for so long says a lot on that alone not to mention other stuff mentioned in the video. it defies nature as it can't be created by a person, that's got to count for something but my St. Thomas Aquinas comment pretty much sums you up along with many others as no matter what they see, they will continue to deny it. Toasted CheeseI think it's more of a reflection of you wanting to reject God than it not being good enough as it will never be good enough to some people as God could come down from Heaven and people would still write it off as some mass hallucination etc. to claim that Our Lady of Guadalupe is nothing is simply not true as just the fact it's survived so long when normally that stuff deteriorates in maybe 30 years or so tops (the image is nearly 500 years old, so it's well beyond 30 years or so) has to count for something and then you got other things mentioned in the video which gives further evidence to it's supernatural origin. rejecting God is insanity because the alternative is not something you will like to put it mildly (i.e. hell). care to say why it's 'borderline insanity'? ; I doubt you can. because I can see maybe writing off some of what's said in the video, but to say all of it is nothing is a stretch as it's more likely true than not given people can't recreate it even today and that was done nearly 500 years ago. but the world just don't care about the truth as I am sure that's why many don't even pay attention to stuff like that even though it's surely at least a plausible level of evidence for God's existence instead of next to nothing like you attempt to claim. but the world hates God (which gets even more true the further left someone goes since disorder reigns supreme and they begin to hate the truth after a certain point) which pretty much plays inline with that quote I posted here and there, which is...

so one can either see with the eyes of faith or will pretty much reject just about anything even though it's AT LEAST plausible, if not probable, God (i.e. The Holy Trinity (Father/Son(Jesus Christ)/Holy Spirit)) exists. but some continue to flat out reject Him and conjure up any BS excuse to deny God exists. probably because then they would have to change their lives etc. If you could post a serious paper from serious sources who objectively analyzed the evidence instead of a fucking YouTube video, you just might deserve to be taken seriously.
UFO's are as good an explanation for this bullshit as your idiotic religion, by the way.

Finally you have never had the ability to challenge a view of mine. I don't think you've even tried.
