While I agree that "Garbage Day" is a silly scene, I found those quick cuts between the gunshot and when the victim falls to be annoying and yet not so annoying it piqued my curiosity. So I played it back at the slowest speed. Something that is not seen at regular speed is an exit wound that the victim gets which is why I don't understand that bad editing job that just leads to the silliness of the scene.

Yeah, it’s so weird they did it that way. This movie has tons of problems no matter how so-bad-it’s-good it is.

Not just a scene but the whole damn movie is knee slapper city! I'm talking about The Ring which is a laugh a minute! For example. Take a look at just how over the top this suicide is. I mean, dude, just fill up the tub and drop a blow dryer in there. The explosions just from turning on the switch when things are already on? And when he is in the hallway responding to her wearing a power strip? Heelarious!

A lot of Friday 5 is hilarious. The outhouse duet, someone being murdered over a chocolate bar, lines like "You don't s-s-set a plate for a dead person!", anytime Tommy goes Chuck Norris on someone, the unapologetic sleaze (bras are outlawed and women like to flash their tits at themselves with no one else around), the absolute ludicrousness of Roy, etc.
It's not "ha ha" funny, but Inside is so over the top in its 2000s French EXTREME-ness that it gets a little comical. The zombified cop beating the pregnant woman with a toaster was disturbing and silly in almost equal measure.
The CG Michael mask in Halloween H20.
"Do you know what she did? Your cunting daughter?!" from The Exorcist.
That scene in It (1990) when Stan recites the different birds to scare Pennywise away.

The Thing: Most of Blair's meltdown shenanigans: "AAAAH KEEYILL YOU" (whilst deciding that throwing his gun will be an effective weapon) "Ah'm all better now- I just wanna come back inside" (noose in the background)
Gary ranting about being tied to the couch
Windows not being able to reach anybody on the airwaves
Copper saying: "As soon as I've finished with the key I hand it back to Gary right away" followed by that dramatic turn of the head towards Gary himself
An American Werewolf in London: The guy on the Underground- "I shall report this" and then him falling UP the escalator
From Beyond: The guy eating brains from a jar- "They're... delicious!"
Jason Takes Manhattan: Julius boxing with Jason on the roof and barely making a dent- before Jason knocks his head off
Slugs: "You don't have the authority to declare Happy Birthday!"

Usually the movie itself is pretty bad in most cases, but this scene is comedy gold! This is hilarious, though Busta Rhymes is in general the saving grace of that movie. (I mean that quite sincerely: In a terrible, unscary, and otherwise unfunny movie, he provides genuine entertainment.) I can’t help but quote his deathless monologue from earlier in the picture:Quality, man, quality.

*spoilers* *spoilers I guess?*
Emma Robert's sinister turn in "Scream 4" was campy and awesome...
"STFU!" After shooting her boyfriend in the Crotch.
"Growing up it was always Sydney this, and Sydney that! You were always SO F*N' SPECIAL!!"
Bonus points when she runs like a Track star into a Wall, launches herself into a Coffee Table, etc.

My first thought when I saw that this thread had been bumped was that outhouse duet. I think it's supposed to be a sweet moment or something, but it's so fucking weird and silly. That song is in refrain in my head often. Some of the rest of the funny moments in Friday 5 are so odd that I'm unsure whether they were meant to be silly or not. Michael's CG H20 mask is indeed hilarious. Haven't seen Inside.

Reggie's solution to the Tall Man problem:
"I see it.....I see it all now. What we gotta do, is we gotta snag that tall dude......and STOMP THE SHIT OUT OF HIM......and we'll find out what the hell's goin' on up there"!
Cracks me up every time!!! If only life was so simple!

How about when Friday the 13th briefly turns into a Dynasty catfight?
