I saw this film in the 80s, probably on HBO. It's set before, during and after WWII. It's about 4 or 5 friends of different nationalities. I think at least one is a woman. They would meet in a bar/cafe every year on a specific date in August. Maybe the bar/cafe is in Belgium or France. Not all them survive the war.
Some of these details might not be exact. I barely remember the movie.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like "From Hell to Victory" starring (among others) George Peppard and George Hamilton. They're calling this a trailer but it's just a clip. The woman was played by Capucine.
