I first heard of this one on Unsolved Mysteries or something like that. In 1942 the L-8 went out on a routine patrol and came home a few hours later without a crew. To this day the mystery of what happened to them has not been solved.

If you read that last response of the two... It seems as if that they may have actually "disappeared" from the Blimp, without any clues as to why... And if that is what happened... Then yeah... What crime?
