This is my default verion of ESB to watch. It's "the Special Edition as it should have been". I highly recommend it. Most of the enhancements are so subtle you won't even notice them. But the best part if the restoration of the Vader/Emperor scene's original dialogue with a proper ROTJ looking Palpatine.

This one is cool. It's Ian Mcdiarmid, but it has the original dialogue and he looks like the ROTJ version, not ROTS....

Some comparisons:   I actually prefer the top picture more. It's more ominous not being able to see the background.
