It's this contest from 2002. Keep in mind Brady is just coming off Super Bowl victory #1.

Or let me summarize for you. It features Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Doug Flutie, Jeff Garcia, Aaron Brooks, and Jake Plummer. Manning and Brady finish second to last and last respectively in the 'Read & Recognition' event. Final overall standings:

He honestly played on my local Arena League team a few years ago and I got to meet him a few times.
