I know several are getting TV show, but has there been any mention AT ALL about the TV show folk appearing in movies or people like Thor or Hulk in future movies? Who are "The Avengers" going forward?

When you say TV folk you mean like Falcon and Winter Solider or the new ones like She Hulk and Moon Knight?
I'd imagine Thor would show up in Guardians of the Galaxy 3 and Thor 4. Hulk will surely pop up in something as well.
As for Avengers line up, I'm not sure, I don't think were meant to be sure. On the wiki it says
"After a year, there was no activity from the Avengers, causing the world to grow concern about their whereabouts or if they were even still around at all. Seeking answers from the person who would know, people began to ask Nick Fury, unbeknownst that it was actually Talos impersonating him while he was on vacation in space."
It'll be years before Avengers 5 so by then they may have figured out who is still going to be around for them to form a team around. Otherwise I'd say it's probably disbanded at the moment.

Doctor Strange has new movie coming out.
The Guardian of the Galaxy, Black Panther and Captain Marvel all have movies that have been announced.
Wanda will appear in Doctor Strange 2
Ms. Marvel will supposedly appear in a movie at some point.

You said phase 1-3 Bucky and falcon will certainly be in future movies. But we are 11 years and 23 movies in. We can't keep recycling the same characters and actors forever. There are lots more characters to explore. |

Movie folk too. "Original" Avengers. Like, who's in charge of the Avengers now? What's the lineup going to look like in the next movie? ALL new names or a mixture of new names with people like Thor, Hulk, Hawkeye, etc.

That's tricky to say, who knows how many movies Thor and Hulk have got left. Can't see Hawkeye being in it though as he's looking to be replaced by Katie Bishop.
I would guess Captain Marvel, Ant-man, Falcon, Wasp, Female Thor.
Wouldn't have said Doctor Strange as he deals with other threats. Wouldn't have said Black Panther either as he's a ruler of a nation so don't see him being in a team.
Maybe they'll put in Katie Bishop and She Hulk in there.
Spider-Man would have been one but not now.
