Black Magic Woman (Santana) was originally done by Fleetwood Mac.
Doo Wah Diddy Diddy (Manfred Mann) was done first by the Exciters.
Mr Tambourine Man (The Byrds) was a Dylan song.

I thought Elvis's biggest hit might've been Hound Dog which was first done by Big Mama Thornton or maybe someone before her. But I see it was It's Now or Never which is a reworking of two previously recorded songs O Sole Mio and There's No Tomorrow.
Proud Mary – Ike & Tina Turner

Proud Mary – Ike & Tina Turner Yeah I thought the Beatles Twist & Shout might be a contender but I find it was released only as an EP in the UK with three other tracks on the disc. It was released in its own right in the US and only makes #29 on their best-selling singles chart (based, it says here, on 'track sales')

The biggest hit for Manfred Mann was Blinded by the Light, which was far more popular than the original by Bruce Springsteen. Before that their biggest was The Mighty Quinn (yet another Dylan song).
