Unless dial-up is a absolute must for you, I would see if DSL is a option in your area as it uses your phone line for internet and it will be much better than dialup even if it's slow. when I first used DSL it was 40KB/s which is about 8 times faster than dial-up and if your DSL is decent it should be well over 40KB/s.
but strictly off the top of my head in terms of dial-up... assuming your talking a desktop computer, you would probably need a controller card that has a phone jack in it OR a USB adapter that allows for a phone jack connection etc. but I never looked into whether they sell this stuff since damn near no one uses dial-up anymore as it's speed is VERY slow at 6KB/s tops, but probably more like 5KB/s, which will be horrible on the modern internet which is graphics heavy and would take quite a bit of time to load a general website (see 'example' below for more details).
for example on dial-up... say a website has 1MB(1024KB) of data to load (which it appears many sites are in this ball park or more from a quick look online) and you got 5KB/s dial-up, that translates to nearly 3.5 minutes before the page is done loading (this assumes it's not stored in your browser cache and it has to fetch the data online as if a good portion of the site data is stored in browser cache that will help noticeably speed up the load times. but still, you initially got to load the site in your browser cache which will take a while etc). for comparison... that same page would take about 26 seconds to load on the 40KB/s DSL connection, instead of 3.5 minutes for dial-up, so it's a big difference.
I have a old external 56k US Robotics modem (which was solid in it's day(pretty much late 1990's)) but it connects through I think it was a serial port which I don't see any semi-recent computers having one of those as, off the top of my head, you would probably have to find a computer more than 10 years old to find ones with a serial port etc as my older computer which I built in March 2006 had a serial port but it was not built into the motherboard itself as you had to take up a expansion slot on the back and connect it's ribbon like cable to some pins on the motherboard to get it working (it does have a parallel port on the back of the motherboard though which was generally used for printers etc back-in-the-day).
also, there might even be a satellite internet option for you if your in the middle of no where (probably not cheap (as in $) though). or possibly tap into your smart phones internet if you have unlimited data on your phone as if your computer has wireless (if not you can get a USB adapter etc) and your smart phone has the option so you can tap into it's WiFi you can use that which I would assume has to be better than dial-up. just some random thoughts

I guess I will get it, cuz it will be cheaper. Right now I have high speed internet.
So I guess I will buy the dial up modem and have someone install it in my computer.
The second thing is I do not have a phone line. As far as i know I do not i mean. then again since I have high speed internet with a modem separate from my computer. Does that usually mean that the high speed internet includes the cost of a phone line... I do not know.
OK so, right now my modem is connected to a phone jack...so does that mean that right now I have a phone line...
So I will have to pay for that … It will still all be worth it. Because the phone line is 30 and my internet bill is 50 per month. But dial up is free...if you sign up for the plan that only allows you 10 hours per month access.

You probably have DSL if your internet is decent speed and connected through a phone jack.

You will need to contact your local phone service provider with a dedicated phone number if you're going to use a 56K modem for dial-up internet or phone service using a regular phone jack. But that doesn't make sense since you already have a hi-speed internet where you can just use a VOIP such as MagicJack, Vonage, or Ooma. Ooma premium service is like $130 (tax and fees included) annually plus $6-7 monthly fee charge (E911, federal, etc). The regular Ooma basic service is free but with just the $6-7 monthly fee and less service options for 1 line. Premium is still a hell of lot cheaper than what phone providers charge for 2 lines plus whatever extra options. CenturyLink was charging over $81 a month for 2 lines. Their prices went up over a dollar year after year after they bought out Qwest so it was way past the time to take my business somewhere else. I wish it was done 15 years ago.
Usually ISPs would either have a bundle deal or charge separately for both internet and phone service. You should already know what plan you're on.
