It's not a horror film, its a sort of horror comedy show, The Munsters. Lily Munster singing He's gone away always leaves me laughing: www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DChmjmD_nE I'm goin' away for to stay a little while, But I'm comin' back if I go ten thousand miles. Oh, who will tie your shoes ? And who will glove your hands? And who will kiss your ruby lips when I am gone? Oh, it's pappy'll tie my shoes, And mammy'll glove my hands, And you will kiss mg ruby lips when you come back! Lily actually sings her own version of these lyrics. Oh, he's gone, he's gone away, For to stay a little while; But he's comin' back if he goes ten thousand miles. Look away, look away, look away over Yandro, On Yandro's high hill, where them white doves are flyin' From bough to bough and a-matin' with their mates, So why not me with mine? For he's gone, oh he's gone away For to stay a little while, But he's comin' back if he goes ten thousand miles. I'll go build me a desrick on Yandro's high hill, Where the wild beasts won't bother me nor hear my sad cry For he's gone, he's gone away for to stay a little while, But he's comin' back if he goes ten thousand miles.

I do love a good cheesy and catchy horror movie theme, and the 80s and early 90s was packed to the absolute extreme, with many great, so-bad-its-hilarious type of songs: Maniac Cop Rap (1990)"Set him on fire, I shoot him with an uzi, but he'll show up in your jacuzzi You can run him over, you can feed him poisonPush him out of a window and it only annoys himYou better believe me, if you think I'm lyingWhen he show up people start dyingHe's out for vengeance and he can't be stoppedThat's why they call him the Maniac cop!"Living After Death by Al Festa (1988) Zombie 4: After Death"Living…. Living… LIVING AFTER DEATTTTTTTTH!" Vincent Thoma - Faceless (1987)Has that certain George Michael 80s sound going, which I guess is no coincidence and someone among the film crew/producers must have been a big fan of this song, as it gets played several times over, during the films run. Either that or they just did not have enough money to spend on any other music/artist. But I kind of like it, as it fits well in with the sleazy world of Jess Franco's slasher/thriller Faceless (1987) and it's crazy/cheesy figures. Race - Is This Love? (1984)"Why Melvin, you're a beautiful person!"Oh yeah, what a fantastic ballad this is, and it fits so well in with the film and it's romantic plot, where a horribly disfigured monster/mutant gets to hook up with a blind, blonde bimbo and live their lives happily ever after in a highly radioactive garbage dump. I like how the uploader of the song has also included Toxie's grunting while he and his girl are having a good time. Douglas Meakin - Head Over Heels (1987)One of the lesser Suspiria/Phenomena euro-horror clones of the late 80s, but it got a lot b-movie charm and this song must have been played at least 3-4 or even 5 times, might be more, but one that I actually ended up enjoying, probably more than I should have. Steve Parsons & Babel - The Howling (1985)
This one must have some kind of a record, considering how many times during the films entire run, it were played, that I ended up losing the count. Stuff like Lovers Sacrifice, another "gem" from the great Steve Parsons is almost godawful, but still I laugh every time I heard it in the film, such as horrible soundtrack, I love it!

Howling by Stephen Parsons and Babel. Howling II is mostly crap, but this slick tune freaking rules!
