Yeah, I think they have that legal right as long as it's a typical scheduled surgery and not an emergency situation.

From this link: Only in America. Even before Obamacare though, there have always been public hospitals in the U.S. which will treat patients who cannot pay. As for the cake issue, a wedding cake is not a matter of life and death.

There are no such thing as gay heart surgeons. Heart surgeon is the most prestigious speciality of a physician. If someone can make it to that level, they’re not going to be “gay.”

If someone did that, it would show you what's in their hearts... hate, pretty much. because one (the cake bakers) is refusing to bake a cake for religious/moral reasons where as the other (gay heart surgeon) would be refusing to save someones life.
or another way to see this... I doubt the cake bakers, had they been surgeons, would refuse to save a gay persons life.
