They just need that 4 seed. Despite our atrocious road record - I'm not afraid of not having home court advantage vs. the Celts or Heat in the 1st Round - Toronto is a different story. Milwaukee, Boston, and Toronto would all sweep Philly were they to face off in the first round.

In all likelihood it's the Celts, Rapts or Heat - maybe the Pacers depending on things shake out.
We're 3-1 against Boston this year - that's actually who I want in the 1st Round - there's no way they'd sweep us - we need to get another one of our wagers going

I liked Joseph Cotten better. I was sick of Cotten and almost went with Joaquin.

I liked Joseph Cotten better. Is that the character Liev Schreiber played in Scream?

What a co-incidence. I saw Scream 3 just 3 days back. Liev played some journo named Cotton Weary I think. Joseph

Big day for the Rockets tonight when they meet the Clippers. I am thinking about not watching it because I don't want the pain of losing. But If we win .....

They will have games like this, and the Clippers are a bad matchup for them. Despite the huge change in their strategy, I think they'd win a series and lose in the 2nd round either way, the old way or this way.

This is hilariously ignorant. So I take it you disagree? 100%. Philly fully healthy is 100% not getting swept by any of these teams, especially Boston, who they match up REALLY well with and are 3-1 against this season.

Does that mean they would be in trouble against Miami, whom they are 1-3 against this year? Healthy Milwaukee, Toronto and Boston go up 2-0 at home, win game 3 against a mentally weak Philly team at home, then watch as the Sixers just give up in game 4. That's the first round. If they get lucky and don't have to play these teams in the first round, they might gain some confidence and push it to a game 6.

We blew the Heat out 1 game They blew us out 1 game
The won the other 2 - but they were squeekers - i.e. relatively tight.
They're young and don't have the playoff experience (Herro & Bam) - not being a homer - but 7 game series with a healthy Ben, Joel, JRich (who's also out again) - I'm taking us.
I think Bam's been around for a couple of years now - can't remember if the Heat have been in the playoffs though.

Philly fully healthy is a better team than Boston, Miami, or Toronto. They should win those games. I also find it funny that you think Philly would easily lose two games at home, where they have the best record in the NBA.
