Ben Simmons Triple Double 34-12-12 Awesome defense in the 4th quarter. 4 wins in a row - 2 on the road - all without Embiid

Celtics in a funk right now, but the Lakers are in town tonight.
Some Lakers hatred might be just the right kind of energy to get things back to normal.
Celtics win by double digits, book it.

Boston is destroying the Lakers 104-77. Kemba was 0-28 vs Lebron in his career. That streak will break.

Lillard has 45/6/6 with 8 minutes left in the 4th, and Portland is losing.
Ti Golden State...

The lack of 3s is a bullshit issue. He doesn't need to hit threes. I don't think they'd ever do this and I'm not asking for it - But can you imagine if they did trade Embiid and just hand the reigns over to Simmons? What you'd have to do is get a shooter and other other assets back for Embiid. For instance - what if you got a true combo guard (who Fultz was supposed to be) to run next to Simmons? Let's say you got somebody like CJ or Booker - along with an above average 3&D knockdown shooting wing as well as a couple of unprotected #1 picks. So you swap Embiid (again not asking for this) for a couple knock down shooters you can plug right into the starting lineup playing right next to Simmons as well as other assets. Simmons has been handcuffed to an extent because they don't have shooters. I'm liking the way Furkan has been looking lately though - seems like he's turned the corner a bit.

You called it! Not just double digits, 30+ points, the Lakers' worst loss of the season. Of course one game out of 82 means nothing, but this sure was fun to watch.

Simmons is the first player in NBA history with 34+pts, 12+ assists, 12+ rebounds, and 5+ steals in a game. He has been on fire this entire month and has been the best defender in the NBA.

Largest margin of victory in a regular season Celtics/Lakers game since 1969, most definitely fun to watch. The game started off 8-0 Lakers and looked like a potential disaster, but Celtics Pride stepped up and that was that. This could be the best medicine for a team that has been scuffling lately. I could see the Celtics going on a long winning streak now.
