I know I'm going to sound like a homer. There's 27 games left. I think the Sixers are going to come out and obliterate people - on the road too. I liked the way Simmons/Embiid handled each other on All-Star weekend and had each others backs. That look in Embiid's eyes when he Dream Shaked LeBron above was the look of a killer and all business - he's even stated - come playoff time he's going to dominate and be a killer. Completely different team now that Horford is coming off the bench and they acquired 2 shooters in Burks/Robinson to better space the floor - we're not fitting square pegs in round holes any longer. Unless they get a favourable opponent, I'm saying they lose in 7 in the first round.

It's going to be hard to climb to that #2 seed - especially with the way the East is playing
How do you see them fairing against each of the above 4 in the first round.
Let's keep in mind we're talking about a 7 game series here and the Sixers are big and an above average defensive team.
Also note - it's a completely different team so to speak with the move of Horford to the bench and the acquisition of Burks/GR3.

Let me know when they prove they can win on the road. I don't see them beating the Raps or Heat (Butler won't allow it).

Boogie Cousins on track to be back for the playoffs. Boogie, AD and Dwight - that's a big front court.
Hope the guy manages to stay healthy.
Just read Kyrie is injured again and Steph still hasn't been cleared for contact
I don't why you just don't shut them both down at this point.
Steph and Klay come in fresh next year - just like Kyrie and Durant.

Betting odds have come out per FanDuel on who will represent the East in the NBA Finals Bucks are heavy favorites as should be expected Interesting enough the next 3 - Raptors, Celtics and Heat are not at #2 - nor is Indiana. Know who is folks? That would be the Philadelphia 76ers Even Vegas sees it - going to be a different team after the All-Star break with Horford going to the bench to provide better floor spacing and shooting for the starting rotation - that and apparently the Sixers have the 2nd easiest schedule left in the NBA

They just have the most talented team and they seem to have figured out the rotations. I am anxious to see the game on Saturday at the Bucks.

They're not getting the #1 seed. If they go .800 on the road until the playoffs to have a mediocre road record for the season, then ppl can talk.

Longest f-ing all-star break. I blame Lebron.

Longest f-ing all-star break. I blame Lebron. I loved it being a Sixers fan.
Gave Burks/GR3 more time to get acclimated to our system and gave Horford/Embiid much needed rest (even though 'Biid played in the ASG).
Simmons is questionable tonight vs. the Nets with back tightness. Home game - should still take this game even if Simmons is out.

I would say Bledsoe, Giannis, Middleton and Lopez are every bit as good as Simmons, Embiid, Harris and [insert mediocre 4th player here]. I just don't think [insert below average acquisition here] puts them over the top, and [insert currently injured average player here] is currently injured.

Lakers are waiving Cousins - wow I thought he was going to be ready for the postseason - they're eyeing the other Morris brother.

Ben Simmons getting an MRI on his lower back tomorrow - uhhhhhh ohhhhhhh. Left in the 1st quarter - this after missing the game vs. the Nets.
I wonder if this had anything to do with it - his fall during the All-Star game - although he looked OK afterwards -
