Not as good as Knicks v Wizards. I tell all my friends that NBA pre-season is really just as good as regular season. The top players actually log 30-35 minutes. They all play hard. Wizards v Lakers the other night was like a playoff game. The pre-season games that suck are the overseas ones. Have to do away with them. And if I am an NBA player I would not go. What the hell does a player get out of the league trying to market their game to foreign markets? Is Julius Randle getting any benefit out of Japan maybe buying into the league five years from now? The league is really using these players with that overseas crap. Almost like a slave auction. "Look, at our players. Jump, boys. Dribble that ball. Give us some nifty crossovers so the Chinese officials will sink more money into the owners' pockets." It really is disgraceful what the NBA is doing with their players. Curry had 40 in 25 minutes at the new SF arena yesterday. 14-19, 6-9 from 3.

I can't stand AD for the nonsense he pulled and find it hysterical Griffin takes small jabs at him at times. Better off without him in my opinion for what they got in return. You guys are young and exciting and I like your squad. Lonzo, Favors, Hart, Jrue, Redick, Zion, Ingram. I wonder if Oak will be able to turn his career around there too. Jaxson Hayes. Fun times.

Per ESPN Insider Zach Lowe:
NBA League Pass Leader and the most 'watchable' (i.e. intriguing) team in the NBA (storylines, drama, intrigue, action, entertainment):
1. Sixers 2. Lakers 3. Bucks 4. Clippers 5. Nuggets
Although the Bucks, Clips, Nuggets are going to be good - as far as 'intrigue' - and you're willing to pay for a game - I'm shocked Houston isn't in the 3 spot at least - and I'd argue Zion and the Pels are going to be incredibly intriguing to watch.

Wizards:
Sign Bradley Beal to 2 year max extension for $72 mil.
Meh. They're going nowhere. Have been for years with him and Wall.
I would have flipped him for assets and started going into full tank mode.

tobias harris 5 year 180 million dollar deal (richest contract in Sixers history) starting to agitate me every time I see him brick a 3
losing butler (clutch), JJ and Shamet (in the Tobias trade) - we're short on shooting - we gave him this contract hoping that this year he's going to regain his form he had with the Clips - and with JJ and Butler out of there he'd get more opportunities and thrive.
he ain't showin' it. he didn't last year after the trade either.
wonder if that rumored D'Lo for Tobi deal that was floating around is still out there around the trade deadline if the Warriors are floundering and D'Lo isn't a fit.
we need shooting - and a Combo Guard like D'Lo who can run the point and play the '2' would help - especially on a night like tonight when both of your floor generals (Simmons and Neto) are out of the lineup and you can stick him at the '1' the whole game to handle the ball.

Can't wait for the start. I am not one of those who find NBA regular season boring. In fact, I like it more than the playoffs.

Zion to miss 'Multiple' weeks Knee. This sucks. I hope this isn't a harbinger of what's to come. It's not a harbinger. That's the wrong word. It is simply the way things ARE with Zion. One year at Duke - injured Summer League - played one game, injured Pre-Season - injured NBA regular season - already injured Reggie Miller talked about his weight. What Zion is doing, the way he plays, slashing and explosive moves, his limbs just are having a hard time supporting the, get this, 285 pounds he carries. Barkley was about 160 and he didn't have those explosive moves that Zion shows. Reggie Miller said Zion MUST drop twenty, thirty pounds. He believes the weight is going to cause one breakdown after another.
