They've been stepping out together forever. They've also worked together on odd film projects stretching across several decades. If you were to google them, you'd see. I like them both a great deal and wish them all the happiness life has to offer.

Indeed two odd balls, not meant in a negative sense.
Bud was very much part of the seventies, while Carol has found a niche playing crazy or not crazy small roles.
