Appears to be some kinda monster in the window but can't place it. Hint 1: It's more of a ghost. So supernatural/ghost horror.

Don't really recognize the image, but all I can say is it looks like a set on a soundstage and not a real house.
That suggests a studio film, but that's all I've got so far.
