I remember wanting to play the game the first time i saw the movie. It looked like lots of fun. I think at one point there was a plan to release the game that was in the movie but it fell through. Maybe the movie didn't make enough money or something. It reminded me of the arcade game House of the Dead mixed with Resident Evil 2 where you're always being chased.

I just watched 'Bones' (2001).
If blaxploitation horror with Snoop Dogg is your thing, go for it.

I have to give AMC credit. Tonight they have been running a Friday the 13th marathon and Sunday they are running a Final Destination marathon.
For as long as I can remember they really give horror its due every October.
Great channel to catch up on horror flicks if you don't mind gore being edited for broadcast tv. Wouldn't suggest for first time viewings of a movie, but ok for repeats particularly if you have seen the film numerous times before.

Watched ‘Flesh Eater’ the other night and to my surprise it was made by the graveyard ghoul (Bill Hinzman) from Romero’s ‘Night of the Living Dead’. This regional late 80s effort is virtually a poor retread of Romero’s film, and Hinzman must of loved playing a zombie by giving himself the title role. He gets to do way more scuffling, grumbling, munching and fondling naked women(?!). Everything is rather inept. Well, except for the gore fx and opening credits animation.
If you’re still curious the full film is on YouTube.

Re-watched the musical horror Stage Fright (2014) last night hoping maybe I was too harsh on it the first time. Nope. It’s way more violent than I remembered, but at the same time just as irritating.

Trying to decide what slasher marathon I should do tomorrow; A backwoods camping trip to hell with the likes of The Prey, The Final Terror & Just Before Dawn. Or the other variant is a horribly burnt psycho roaming the woods with the likes of The Prey, Nightmare Honeymoon & The Burning. The Prey is the only first-time watch.

I followed up my theater screening of Alien with the two movies it supposedly ripped off, It: The Terror From Beyond Space and Planet of the Vampires.
I can see the basic set up with characters investigating the distress signal of an old ship (Vampires) and characters hunting a killer alien hiding in their vent system (It). But that's like calling DaVinci a hack because someone else had painted a woman before the Mona Lisa. And it's not like those are even the things that people praise Alien for. It's the creature design, the space trucker characters, Scott's direction, etc.
Anyway, I found those two movies campy and hard to get into. But I am in more of a slasher movie mood right now. Bizarre that Mario Bava directed the one, it feels nothing like his other movies.

I have Demons recorded for a FTV, so it's good to see it has support. More support here: Demons is in my top 5 favorite horror movies. I had a great time with it, I didn't love it in comparison to how you obviously feel about it, but definitely it's a "Spag Horror" that I was glad to have bothered with. demon out of woman's back - wonderful

Definitely horror, serial killers are horryfying and the one portrayed here is off the chart! Well I knew I wasn’t the only one. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Well if we leave it out then we would have to leave The Silence of the Lambs out as well, which would be wrong on so many levels...

Watched "The Midnight Man" (2018) and anyone who watched the Insidious films I think would like this. Watching those films added to the fear of this one imo.

I just watched 'Bones' (2001). If blaxploitation horror with Snoop Dogg is your thing, go for it. And speaking of blaxploitation horror last night I watched Sugar Hill (1974), which combined the blaxploitation crime elements with horror. A woman (played by the lovely Marki Bey) seeks revenge on the gangsters who murdered her boyfriend by enlisting the help of a voodoo priest who summons the zombies of dead slaves to do the bidding. Standard stuff that offers little in the way of good surprises, but it does have its moments. Think of a Pam Grier movie mixing with Night Of The Living Dead and this is what you get.
