The dot in the exclamation point looks like it could fit perfectly in the holes in ‘a’ and ‘o’.

Looks like someone used a font that was too short and fat. Oh I see they made it bold when it didn't need to be. Sort of like when someone uses a fat crayon for a sign when a fine line magic marker would look a bit nicer.
