Brushing my teeth yesterday morning and had a thought of Haig's cameo in Jackie Brown as a judge. I thought what a good versatile actor he is. Read later on that he had passed. |

To me... As a child: Other than waiting for him to die in Galaxy Of Terror... which was the cue to get ready to start masturbating...  He was always the bad guy on Jason Of Star Command.

Any chance you guys could have him confused with Joseph Ruskin who died in 2013? Didn't know about him dying. In my case I'm not confusing those two. I tend to think of a motorcycle gang heavy character Ruskin doesn't fit also I think the name was very similar. His look was also similar the sort of heavy Shel Silverstein like. Not Danny Trejo he is still alive. Not even close. Not Vincent Schiavelli. He is dead but too skinny for what I recall. Never bald. Again not close and not type I was thinking of.

I remember thinking/talking about him being in the Rob Zombie movies and joking about what it would be like if Captain Spaudling went to Hell... and I coulda sworn we got into a discussion after his death about Galaxy Of Terror here (or on the old board).

There can't be many of the cast of Galaxy left. Sid's gone, Edward Albert died in 2006, Ray Walston in 2001, Bernard Behrens in 2012, Jack Blessing 2017, Zalman King 2012, Erin Moran 2017.
That leaves Robert Englund, Taaffe O'Connell and Grace Zabriskie of the main crew still breathing.
