Rules: simply pick the winner of each game listed. No score required (though a little added commentary on your picks won't be discouraged). You must make your picks before the first game of the week (usually Thursday Night Football) to be eligible for all the games. First place....wooo. suck it nerds.
Thursday September 26th 8:20pm EST Philadelphia @ Green Bay: Green Bay
Sunday September 29th 1:00pm Tennessee @ Atlanta: Atlanta Cleveland @ Baltimore: Baltimore New England @ Buffalo: New England Kansas City @ Detroit: KC Carolina @ Houston: Houston Oakland @ Indianapolis: Indy LA Chargers @ Miami: Chargers Washington @ NY Giants: Giants
4:05pm Tampa Bay @ LA Rams: Rams Seattle @ Arizona: Seattle
4:25pm Jacksonville @ Denver: Denver Minnesota @ Chicago: Chicago
8:20pm Dallas @ New Orleans: Dallas
Monday September 30th 8:15pm Cincinnati @ Pittsburgh: Pittsburgh
GB has Rodgers and that's enough. Philly was sloppy in their last game and unless GB gets bit by the Thursday hangover bug, they should take it. Falcons get their shit together and handle Tennessee at home. Baltimore will commit less penalties and has a little more discipline. New England takes on their statistically hardest opponent of the next 5 weeks. They probably take this.
KC feels like a real playoff team and I think Detroit looks better than they actually are. Cam Newton is out for week 4 so Houston waylays the Panthers at home. Colts have been doing pretty damn good considering their darling franchise QB took a powder just weeks before the season started. They can get by the Raiders. Chargers obliterate the Dolphins. Wonder if the game will be blacked out because of how much of a fuck heap the franchise is right now.
Giants face the almost mirror image of themselves. But Jones showed he was a better QB than Keenum this weekend. Giants beat the Skins with offense. God knows they can't count on the defense! Rams take down the Bucs but I expect it to be close. Rams don't exactly blow people out of the water with offensive points. They will beat TB in a low scoring game by mugging them with the defense.
Seattle gets over their brain fart and drops the Cards. Denver gets their first win of the season. Tough choice in the Vikings VS Bears game. I will stick with the home boys. Dallas besmirches the Saints on the road, and who can't wait for Bengals and Steelers on Monday???!!!
Going with Pittsburgh to get a moral victory at home.

Gonna try and do this from my phone.
Eagles at Packers = Packers
Both going into a short week so no advantage there. Packers are imo just playing better and they're at home against what seems to be an injured and inconsistent Eagles team. Packers D can be ran on but the Eagles dont look like they can exploit that atm.
Panthers at Texans = Texans
Kyle Allen looked good last week but I'm not sure it's enough to beat the Texans on the road. Could be a close game. I counted out the Pantgers last week and failed.
Browns at Ravens = Ravens
Browns have no rhythm or consistency to them. While Lamar took a step back last week I think he rebounds in week 4.
Redskins at Giants = Giants
This one is hard as Barkley is out but Jones looked good in a comeback win that should have been a loss but TB screwed it up. Does Haskins play now and provide a similar spark that Jones did? I may change if Haskins gets the start.
Chargers at Dolphins = Chargers
Miami loses, duh.
Raiders at Colts = Colts
Colts could be 3-0 right now if not for Vinatieri. As long as Hilton and Mack play I'm rolling with the Colts.
Lions at Chiefs = Chiefs
Chiefs wont go 16-0 however this wont be when they lose.
Patriots at Bills = Bills
Fuck it, why not? The Pats will lose 1 game against the division. In the past it's been Miami recently but it wont be them this year. Also if Edelman is out that's a big blow.
Titans at Falcons = Titans
This one is hard. Everything says that the Falcons are a better team however they tend to under perform and make you regret picking them. I say this loss gets the fire Dan Quinn truck rolling.
Bucs at Rams = Rams
Duh
Seahawks at Cardinals = Seahawks
Seahawks rebound from a disappointing loss to the Saints.
Bears at Vikings = Vikings
Vikings have just looked better so far. Bears have no running game it seems and the offense is relying on Trubisky too much to be more than he is. Vikings have Cousins who could bite them in the ass but I'm more betting on Dalvin Cook here.
Jags at Broncos = Jags
Minshew all the way.
Cowboys at Saints = Cowboys
Last week was a good moment for Bridgewater but this one is the wake up call.
Bengals at Steelers = Steelers
Monday night snoozefest. I dont care so Steelers. Why not?

New England takes on their statistically hardest opponent of the next 5 weeks. Holy shit! After this week's game against Buffalo, New England doesn't play anybody until Baltimore in Week 9. I mean next week they face Washington and Keenum most likely won't light up the world. Then it's the Giants and they have a terrible defense so Brady probably sleep walks and still passes for 6,000 yards on them.
The Jets are so terrible their starting QB caught Mono from them! Darnold is trying to come back for the game but I don't like Gang Green's chances. The Browns are an undisciplined penalty riddled team with talent but still too young and developing.

First of all, thanks for the asterisk, otherwise people would just think I really suck.
Second, the part where you said if you liked the post it means the pics are logged made me sad. Cause I thought you just really liked my picks last week. So now I'm upset, so thanks a lot jerk

Philadelphia @ Green Bay - I got cute in my Survivor League this week. Instead of following the obvious (and boring) rule of "just pick whoever is playing the Dolphins", I've locked up the PACKERS in this game. The reasons are simple. Packers D is legit. Philly's struggling receiving corps is in deep trouble. Their underperforming defensive line will give Rodgers plenty of time to make the throws. They can't get the run game going consistently. It's a short week with little time to make adjustments. GB meanwhile are comfortable and in rhythm. They have field stretching threats while Philly's secondary is a joke. Plus, Philly couldn't beat the Lions at home; how are they going to beat the Packers on the road? They're not.
Tennessee @ Atlanta - I just can't pick against the FALCONS at home most of the time, and that continues to be the case here. But those assholes better get Ridley more targets.
Cleveland @ Baltimore - RAVENS may have lost last week but I'm guessing Baker Mayfield won't give Harbaugh quite the same impression of "we need to stay ultra-aggressive" as Mahomes did. They'll play their game and win. Also, Lamar Jackson continues to do things that no other QB can do. Watching him run is like a video game at times.
New England @ Buffalo - I like smurfbate's guts here but I just can't do the same. Josh Allen is an exploitable QB and if there's any defense capable of exploiting QBs this year, it's the PATRIOTS. Still, fuck the Patriots.
Kansas City @ Detroit - Interesting trivia about this game: it's Mahomes' first professional game in a dome. Yep, he played outdoors for the entirety of the 2018 season. This isn't something I read, it just occurred to me during my mental wanderings prompted by fantasy research and the train of thought that followed. I looked it up myself to verify afterwards. Anyway, this is just a roundabout way of saying the CHIEFS will win.
Carolina @ Houston - Tough. Is Kyle Allen legit, or is the Arizona defense a load of ass? Probably a bit of both. I think Houston at home will be a sterner test for Allen. I'll take the home TEXANS.
Oakland @ Indianapolis - No reason to pick against the COLTS playing at home against a Raiders team that already seems to be stretched pretty thin.
LA Chargers @ Miami - It's very easy to pick against the Dolphins, and rightly so. CHARGERS get to 2-2 with a win.
Washington @ NY Giants - The Redskins' defense looked appalling on MNF. The Giants look revitalized on offense. Danny Dimes is a threat on the ground and through the air. GIANTS win.
Tampa Bay @ LA Rams - The Bucs and their turnover issues will prevent them from winning here. Plus, the RAMS are really good at home.
Seattle @ Arizona - SEAHAWKS will bounce back - I really expect a blowout here.
Jacksonville @ Denver - Yeah, Minshew is becoming quite a phenomenon. Yeah, the Broncos seem to suck. But Denver only lost at home to the Bears by sheer, incredible misfortune. They have too much talent to go 0-4. The BRONCOS play tough at home and win.
Minnesota @ Chicago - I get the feeling that the Vikings will continue to play well at home but Cousins crumbles on the road, in big spots, or both all season. BEARS get their season back on track.
Dallas @ New Orleans - The Cowboys haven't exactly had great competition thus far but I truly believe they're one of the deepest, strongest teams in the league. COWBOYS take it.
Cincinnati @ Pittsburgh - Fuck it, BENGALS, why not? 0-4 for the Steelers.

Cause I thought you just really liked my picks last week. So now I'm upset, so thanks a lot jerk I didn't make my first pick until the two Week 1 Monday night games, so I started 0-14. I add an asterisk that first week, but none after. I would expect the same with you. I'll make a deal with you, though. As we both start our steady, yet inevitable, rise to the top, I'll keep reminding everyone of your circumstances if you do the same for me. It will be two remarkable stories, quite frankly.
