Apparently FIFA is studying implementing new transfer rules that would reduce the number of players that a club can loan out to other clubs. That would mean that Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester City would no longer be allowed to buy so many young players that they have no intention of using.
For once FIFA takes a right decision...
