Do you HAVE to be fat to do the shot put?
I'm guessing you do, as the all are, but why? What's the science behind it? Couldn't you excel if you just worked on your upper body muscle mass without being overall just fat?

The competitors are panning this comp as rubbish. Crowds are tiny, alas. Hope it’s not a foretaste of what the WC 2022 will be like. I hope so. Maybe thereafter things like the WC in Qatar will belong to the past.

Managed to miss a WR now because of that. Didn't know it was free on YouTube, less UK-centric too. Actually showing every jump of the high jump too. Why didn't y'all tell me this existed?

I wish I’d known about the YouTube stream too! Loved the women’s hurdles though I’d have preferred a McLaughlin win. Great race though. Steeplechase was terrific too. Good atmosphere in the stadium with Barshim competing ... and winning.
