Wild Thornberrys: 1998-2004
Ed Edd n Eddy: 1999-2009
Catdog: 1998-2005
Spongebob: 1999-

I'd call those early 2000s shows.
I'd call Friends is a 90s show, as it started in 94, before the midway point, even though it ended it 2004.
It's basically when what era the show peaked in terms of popularity.

Spongebob definitely wasn't a 90s show. It came out literally before the decade ended, and peaked in the early/mid 2000s.
