personally, robin Hood is great, Oz is a bit of a slog.
Matter of taste.

Wizard of Oz or... the Adventures of robin Hood... Enjoyed them both because they are both terrific at what they aimed to be.

I will say number 2 is better. Wizard of Oz has the better songs while The Adventures of Robin Hood has the better sword fights. Hmm... I’d be able to figure this one out if only I had a brain.
