Indianapolis @ Kansas City- Rooting for Indy but I think KC wins this one. I really do wish the media would stop acting like everything Mahomes does is other level though. I mean people blew up at the fact that he ran for a first down and looked at the referee to see if a flag was being thrown and treated it like a "no look rush". I bet these same people would praise him for taking a no look shit on their chest too. He's clearly the best QB in football but come on.We've just had a decade of Rodgers getting that same treatment from the media so I don't mind a change.

I don't remember it being this bad but then again, being a fan of the Packers it probably wasn't as notable to me. I perfectly understand this point of view though. I honestly don't blame people for hating Rodgers because of that stuff. Also his commercials suck ass.

I did horrible last week, but I guess everyone else did to so whatever. I actually should have had two more wins but entered the wrong picks for some reason. I do pick ems for money and picked differently in those. Not sure what happened here. I better pay close attention this week. Thursday October 3rd 8:20pm EST LA Rams @ Seattle I know this will be a battle, but I am actually pretty confident in this pick. I think Seattle will run all over the Rams and control this game. Wilson always thrives in these situations too. Sunday October 6th 1:00pm New England @ Washington Bye week for the Pats? Buffalo @ Tennessee No Josh Allen could make this wrong, but I think Buffalo has a top three defense and I do not believe in the Titans at all. Baltimore @ Pittsburgh I know Baltimore should win, but these division games are always tricky and I like Pittsburgh at home. NY Jets @ Philadelphia I pick the Eagles every week regardless of who they play, but this one should be a win easily. Chicago vs Oakland (London, UK) Part of me wants to pick Oakland. I can see them toughing this one out, but Chicago should win. Minnesota @ NY Giants I am higher than most on the Giants right now, but the Vikings will come out firing this Sunday. Tampa Bay @ New Orleans This game just screams upset. Atlanta @ HoustonArizona @ Cincinnati Jacksonville @ Carolina 4:05pm Denver @ LA Chargers4:25pm Green Bay @ Dallas 8:20pm Indianapolis @ Kansas City Although I see this one going either way. The Colts will come to play. Monday October 7th 8:15pm Cleveland @ San Francisco The Niners are the most overrate team in football right now.

In my rewatch of season 2 of the wire....just thought you should know. On first viewing most people hate season two, but after many rewatches I have come to love it. This is probably my 3rd viewing, I’ll say it’s still a bit jarring coming from season 1 where we have the entire Barksdale crew and the main cop point of interest is McNulty and going to season 2 where you see a minimal amount of Stringer, Avon and especially Deangelo...almost nothing of Bodie and Poot...and are introduced to an entirely different group of criminal types in the dock workers and Greeks. I love how they’re connected but you can see why people are put off by it. Watching Nick Sobotka grow as a criminal mind is very different than Deangelo Barksdale. I didn’t mean to hijack this thread tho...sorry.
