Flipped my car shortly after graduating high school, but walked away with only a few cuts. Had a heart attack a couple of years ago; the surgeon who put a stent in my heart told me if I had tried to drive to the ER instead of calling 911, I'd have died.

While passing through an intersection, a Ford pickup was attempting a U-turn on my driver's side. For about ten seconds, it looked like he wasn't gonna stop and that'd been it.

When I was 5 or 6, I climbed this snow mound at a street corner. I slipped, hit my head and slid under the wheel of a truck that was waiting at the light and was just about to go.
Some guy witnessed the whole thing and jumped in front of the truck as the light turned green and stopped him from going.

One time I was standing on a stool in the kitchen doing some kind of chore, when I turned around and my eyeball came within about a centimeter of the ceiling fan. Don't know what kinda damage it'd have done, but it probably wouldn't have been fun.

Almost bled to death when I was 18 (self-inflicted) but at the time I didn't know you had to go Down the road, not across the street.
