The Prestige
I like what he tried to do with the Interstellar finale, but I didn't love how it was executed. Inception was solid, Memento was clever.
I'd like to say TDK had a fantastic ending, but TDKR was so terrible that it ruined the ending to TDK. "So we'll hunt him, because he can take it. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector; A dark knight." And the guy apparently immediately retires and goes into hiding. The ending to TDK makes absolutely no sense when put into context of TDKR. TDKR is complete nonsense from start to finish, which why I pretend TDKR never happened.

Luckily TDKR didn't need any help to ruin its own ending, it ruined itself. Bruce sacrificing himself, or leaving it ambiguous, are both okay ways to end the trilogy. It's a little silly that it turns into the "some days you just can't get rid of a bomb" scene, but I digress. Then Nolan has to throw in that one shot of Bruce sitting there nodding to Alfred, completely shitting the bed. And no, fanboys, the fact that Nolan has one other movie with an ambiguous ending doesn't mean this one does. Famous billionaire Bruce Wayne is 100% there, in public in broad daylight despite pretending to be dead, having somehow gone to Al's favorite restaurant on the exact same day and time he'd be there, having somehow escaped a nuclear blast with 5 seconds to spare. Fuck. That. Bullshit. But yeah, speaking of actual ambiguous endings, Inception gets my vote.

The Prestige or Dunkirk
Honestly they’re all good or great.

Gotta still be The Dark Knight. I remember seeing it opening night in a PACKED theater way back in the summer of 2008 and the audience erupted into applause / cheers when the end credits rolled. Definitely a memorable movie going experience!

Prestige is underlooked a lot for some reason but it's a solid ending that comes full circle by recalling the exposition by Michael Caine at the very start. And it all plays neatly into the movies themes of magic and deception.
Interstellar Im still undecided as my opinion changes on the ending everytime I see it. Not sure whether to feel content or downbeat.

Especially in the first movie where Ras Al Ghul says to him in the prison, the world is too small for a man like Bruce Wayne to simply disappear. He doesn't even try to disguise himself with a new haircut or beard lol.

I'm big fan of the Inception and Memento
"You're John G. So you can be my John G... Will I lie to myself to be happy? In your case Teddy... yes I will."

I can't remember if he did a similar ending with Memento. The Prestige - his best movie and an a really smart twist.

Prestige Inception
Those stand out.
By far the worst is Dark Knight Rises.
