I still prefer the original theatrical release poster by Saul Bass. Interesting that no physical media release has utilized it.  |

I felt so bad for Scatman Crothers character in "THE SHINING".
LOL, The poor guy travels all the way from Miami to Denver, and then from Denver to the Hotel, and 5 minutes after he finally gets there.....Jack Nicholson puts an axe into his chest.

I felt so bad for Scatman Crothers character in "THE SHINING".
LOL, The poor guy travels all the way from Miami to Denver, and then from Denver to the Hotel, and 5 minutes after he finally gets there.....Jack Nicholson puts an axe into his chest.
When it comes to Scatman, I'm more concerned about why he has those pictures of naked black women.

When it comes to Scatman, I'm more concerned about why he has those pictures of naked black women. I think that was just supposed to be some comic relief. That eerie music playing during the time you see those pictures doesn't exactly say "comic relief".
