Klopp is wearing his baseball cap and looking very pensive.

It's a lively opening ten minutes, Salah having a close range chance early on, Leicester absorbing the Reds' pressure very well. Both managers are in their areas, Rodgers looking like a Kray Twins henchman in his two-piece and narrow tie, Klopp going for the casual Sports Direct look.

Mane outside the box on '17, passes it to Arnold who goes for goal but his shot is weak and no threat. Liverpool pressing hard.

Ooh Praet's cross in on '28 was on a heat-seeking mission to land on the head of the waiting Soyuncu but Lovren did very well to intercept the missile and head over for a Leicester corner.

VAR is checking a red card situation for Arnold who appeared to go in with studs on Maddison, I think. There was certainly some effort at a stamp...VAR says no red card.

Mane picks up the long ball from 40 yards out, runs with it and slots it cleanly past Schmeical. He was absolutely out there on his own for that one_ - and he didn't need help anyway. Super finishing.

Mane close to potting a second just before the break. Firmino's whipped low cross was just too short for Mane to get a decent boot to and Schmeichal scoops up the weak effort.

Well, it was Salah making the early headway but Mane came up on the outside and scored the goal that sees Liverpool go in one to the good. Look at Klopp fairly snarling when that went in.

Soyuncu has a grip on Salah a yard outside the area. Salah wants away with the ball at his feet but can go nowhere. It's Salah who takes the free-kick but it's batted away by the wall.
Now it's a double one-two between Salah and Mane on '55 which almost pays off but for the vital interception of Evans just inside the area.

Firmino's drive on goal goes a couple of feet wide from Arnold's neat pass. Now here's Vardy on a one-on-one with Adrian but Vardy can't control it and the keeper takes. At the other end now and Robertson is foiled by Schmeical as both sides hunt desperately for the next goal.

Oh it's at least a 12-15 pass move without any Liverpool interference which sees Maddison nutmeg Adrian with ten minutes left! A great build-up there to the equalizer.

Salah bursts forth down the right flank with Suyuncu in hot pursuit. Salah shoves him away and carries on only to be scythed down by Chowdrey who seems to think it was a foul on Soyuncu in the first place. Moments left here.

Mane goes down for all it's worth but there was contact from Albrighton there. Schmeical is trying to unsettle Milner on the penalty spot - but Milner does the business, firing to Schmeical's left for 2-1. Klopp gives his standard response, cupping his ears to the Liverpool crowd. They oblige him with a deafening din.

There's a brawl at the final whistle with Perez in the thick of it. It's quickly sorted and a gutted Rodgers comes on to console his players. Real drama here as Liverpool steamroll on.
