My first reaction was that it was a great follow up, and I still to this day think it's a top tier horror sequel. I love how most of the kill scenes are done in these grand action set pieces. They begin the movie with this big dumb movie theater scene to let you know right away they're going all out on this movie, they save the "Drew Barrymore-esque" suspense kill for second, Randy's death scene is this incredible intercutting cat and mouse scene, there's what can essentially be considered a car chase scene with Ghostface, then the movie ends on a grand stage filled with fog and props. Many people criticize the killers in this movie but I always loved the team of Mickey and Mrs Loomis. it explains how this Ghostface is so much more lethal and perfected, he was already an active serial killer before the movie started.

![](https://media.giphy.com/media/Xjo8pbrphfVuw/giphy.gif) That was when a certain character died halfway through. I was enjoying the movie until then. I think I was so annoyed I turned off the movie for a minute. Then I begrudgingly finished it. I grew to like it more later on.

It was alright, not nearly as good as 1. I really liked it, Heck I still like it.
It is actually My 2nd Favorite Movie (My First Favorite is "SCREAM 4") out of all 4 "SCREAM" Movies.

I like it a bit better now actually. It’s close between that and 4 as my second favourite.

Yeah, Randy's death was pretty sad but at the same time, I absolutely loved his Phone Call with Ghostface.
Jamie Kennedy performance in just that 1 scene was Fantastic!

I like it a bit better now actually. It’s close between that and 4 as my second favourite. Before I saw the 4th Movie, I had been reading some of the early reviews of it that had come out and I still remember some of them actually saying that the 4th Movie is more like the 2nd Movie which at that time was My Number 1 Favorite "SCREAM" Movie.
When I first read that, I started thinking that I was indeed going to enjoy the 4th Movie when I was going to go and see it.

I like all the Scream movies - probably would never have watched any but my son had them. Yeah, I like them all as well.
If you don't mind me asking (and I apologize if this is a bad and foolish question), Who would you say is your own Number 1 Favorite Killer out of All 4 of the "SCREAM" Movies ?

maybe the guys in the first one Yeah, Billy (Skeet Ulrich) and Stu (Matthew Lillard). They are definitely the ones that the Majority seem to like the most. I myself actually like Jill (Emma Roberts) from the 4th Movie out of All of the Killers in All 4 Movies the most.
If you also don't mind me asking, What did you think of Jill in "SCREAM 4" ?
