More specifically, October 15th. Strangely enough, I remember that weekend in decent detail but not for seeing the movie. I wouldn't see it until the following year on VHS. Remains a pretty solid movie; Well directed, acted, and written.

We're breaking the first two rules here, but hey. It's possibly my favorite comedy of all time. Still highly enjoyable on rewatch, can't believe it's 20 years old. Saw it opening night and went back the next weekend.

The bad reviews at the time were great and have only gotten better over the years. It's one of the most misunderstood films of all time.

I liked it better when I was younger (guess I identified with the characters). It definitely still holds up but I could have done without most of the sequences with Marla.
