Cemetery. While I personally would like to be cremated, I think cemeteries are are nice. And often beautiful.

Cemetery. The folks who live there are generally quiet and keep to themselves for the most part.

Cemetary. Obviously it's quieter but I do like to walk through one if it's close to a restaurant or someplace else I'm visiting. Nothin weird, I assure you. It's just for the peace and quiet.

Cemetery
that's the obvious answer due to less noise.

Neither, but if I had to choose, a cemetery. It would create a bit of atmosphere at the very least.

I once lived next to paradise but they paved it over and put up a parking lot.

Cemetery, the most peaceful place you can live next to.

Grew up adjacent a parkland style cemetery (i.e. flatstones, tons of trees, etc). It was normal for me all my life because I didn't know any different.
One thing I'll say is the crescent street that's on has some tricky real estate angles - several buyers won't own beside a cemetery, while the peace & quiet + zero probability of construction in the backyard is a huge plus for others.

Definitely a cemetery. Parking lots can sometimes encourage loitering but I rarely see many people loitering in cemeteries, unless they are visiting a grave site.
