Catman would go in for a full cyber body like in the anime versions of Ghost in the Shell.

Brain. I'd rather my mind stay sharp and rest of my body age naturally.

Which would you choose to get a new one of if they could be replaced ? New body of course. Same brain in a new body would be awesome; even if it was a body the was the same exact age and development as it is now, it would still be NEW. I wouldn't be diabetic, I wouldn't be fat(ish), I wouldn't have creeky joints, etc. I'd take that in a heartbeat!
But not a new brain. My brain holds everything that is me. Without that the new body would be someone else altogether.
Its actually no choice at all really.

Neither. My powerful Russian intellect make for perfect mind and there nothing better to be than Siberian Husky with its lush warm fur to protect from cold.

My body is in good shape but my brain is starting to slow down a bit. So I think I would go for a new brain if I could transfer all the information from the old one. I have no other parts that need replacing.

CORRECT! A new brain would NOT be YOU.

Will either of these be an upgrade or just a replacement copy of the existing version?

CORRECT! A new brain would NOT be YOU. Period.
The brain contains everything that is you. The brain contains the mind, knowledge, experience, personality, everything. Replace the brain, replace you. Your body is just flesh.

My brain is fine and works exceptionally well. I have a lot of physical medical issues, so a new body that works well would be lovely!! Aside for eliminating chronic pain, muscle tightness due to fibro, nerve issues due to neuropathy, other nerve pain from compressed cervical nerves, and some GI issues, a younger model would also be nice.

CORRECT! A new brain would NOT be YOU. I think the context of the discussion is a younger brain with all your braincells intact. Speaking as someone in their mid 50's, I can see the effects of getting older. I tend to forget things especially when it comes to short term memory. My long term memory is fine. I can remember things from when I was barely walking(just thinking about it, I remember standing on my kitchen counter with my young mom and dad(still in their 20's) smiling at me). But today, I'm in the category of people who can forget why they walked into another room or where my glasses or car keys are. But ask me about something 40 years ago and I can recall it with surprising clarity.
