Yup, totally rigged. The league clearly doesn't want that annoying LA market anywhere near the World Series.

As a Braves fan I question whether you know what real pain feels like. If there is a god Atlanta sports is at the top of that douchebags hate list.

I don't hope for anything really. I can't see them declining in the next 5-7 years. The ridiculous string of prospects might be drying up, most of their big prospects got at least a cup of coffee. Then again, I don't believe Max Muncy or Cody Bellinger wee big time prospects. Might lose Rich Hill and Hyun-Jin Ryu in the offeseason. Like the Red Sox this year, the Dodgers are going to have luxury tax issues soon. Bellinger goes to arbitration this year, he's will get a raise. They still have the funds to resign one/both of the pitchers of dangle a shitload of cash to Gerrit Cole. All through this era, they haven't signed a big name FA, though. The two big questions will be the bullpen and Dave Roberts. And how to deal with Game 5. Stuff like that can fester. The Dodgers could live with losing two straight WS because they lost to better teams. They didn't lose to a better team last night.

The world is your oyster. A 156 million payroll. Your best players barely has hair on his balls. Enjoy watching Acuna for the next 15 years. Farm system still deep. Why, why, why can't the Braves have a bullpen. Bobby Cox's teams didn't have a pen and neither does this team. Everyone will focus on the 1st inning of game 5, but the bullpen imploded in Game one and Game Four.

Not sure why. When the front office traded away a lot of the desirable players a few years back it seemed like the majority of players we got in return were young pitchers with near "can't miss" potential. Yet all the guys that are impressing everyone are non pitchers. Oddly one of the guys Atlanta traded in that fire sale was Craig Kimbrel who was the top closer in baseball at the time.

Kershaw needs a new home, somewhere like the White Sox or Twins.

Kershaw needs a new home, somewhere like the White Sox or Twins. Agreed. Both need a new start. Maybe wherever he goes, he can get a Ray Borque-esque title - - but he needs out of LA.
