Bite your tongue, Scream Queens was amazing, Chanel and The Chanels were a riot.

I mostly enjoyed the first season of Scream Queens, but the second season grew really tedious really quickly.
Still, a lot of the jokes in Scream Queens were lame and made inti running gags when they weren't funny the first time. Still, most of the cast did a good job, and I think it worked tonally, and it avoided doing this bullshit with nonsensical super natural elements and way too many subplots and annoying reveals, including these things that were added in the last couple of episodes, which is the most annoying stuff with this season of American Horror Story.
Somewhere in between these things might have made for a fully enjoyable show.

I still haven't seen Scream Queens. I hear (this thread as an example) mixed reactions to it. Won't lie - if I come across it on Netflix or amazon Prime I'll probably watch it.

I enjoyed last season of AHS, and this season started off okay but then it went weird. I stopped watching after a few episodes of ghosts floating around and people coming back from the dead.

If you know what you're getting into it can be enjoyable. Just know that it's a comedy above all and some of it, definitely not all of it, is pretty funny.

It is available on Netflix here in Canada, not sure about elsewhere. It is more of a comedy than horror, but at the time I found the comedy more annoying than funny. And in season two, they're all running a hospital, which just seemed stupid to me. Still, I hung in there and watched all of it. My roommate bailed after the pilot episode.

Scream Queens is a farce, so not to be taken seriously. I mean S1 is about a rich girl that torments her fans and enslaves sycophants. It's a lot better than the Scream TV show.

That final episode was quite good. I love a good woodchipper demise. Got some nice gore from those frequent murders of a certain character. My two favorite things from this whole season were the opening credits sequence and that 80's soundtrack...I wonder if they'll release that?

I was taken aback with "Murder House" at a Camp but it grew on me.
*spoilers*
I found the happy ending and lack of a dumb final twist to be refreshing. Angelica Ross, John Carroll Lynch, Leslie Grossman, and Emma Robert's were standouts for me this season.(Lily Rabe and Matthew Morrison were both good too with their smaller part.)
As dramatic as it sounds... I'm gonna miss this show. Some of the talent and acting was great. Not sure what will fill the void for me.

Isn't it coming back next season?
Well I don't want to upset anyone but I didn't like it. The protagonist lacked menace, was lackluster and the story meandering. The camerawork, make up, set design and wardrobe were amateurish. And I don't mean amateurish like a low budget slasher movie, but because it wasn't anything like an old slasher movie. It lacked atmosphere. It missed a huge opportunity to incorporate Orwellian themes. I really can't imagine how it could have been worse. I think it bothers me because Ryan Murphy is talented, has pull, and could have made something truly memorable but instead it was so much potential wasted.

I watched the finale last night and would say that I felt let down except I wasn't expecting much based on this season.
One of the worst seasons of AHS in my opinion.
