Once he is gone, Nats becomes a likeable team. They even add a likeable manager Dave Martinez (at least from what I have seen so far, unlike the previous Nats managers). Would be glad to see Ryan Zimmerman finally make it to the WS.

I don't think Harper has much, if anything, to do with their post season performances. It's been built on starting pitching and your starters are either hot in October or they aren't.
