Doesn't have the tone or feel of the first one, is much more gruesome but not as scary, while it is I think the best of the Halloween sequels, which is not a huge achievement, it's nowhere as good as the first. Oh, I think that the First One will always be the Number 1 Best to the Majority of the Fans of the Franchise.

I still think it’s a solid sequel...especially when you hold it next to the films that followed.

I myself really liked it the first time that I saw it.
As of Today, It is actually my own Number 1 Favorite "HALLOWEEN" Movie and also 1 of My own Top 5 Favorite Slasher Movies.
