We already proved on the old board that I am a much better guitarist than you. Of course that does not mean that I know more about guitars than you. Judging by your posts I probably do, but I am not an expert. I am more of a musician than a technical guy with instruments. Still, there is no way Fender Strats are the best guitars on Earth. They are so overrated. I feel that people who do not play say this because it is the typical go to for people. It is like when people tell me Hendrix is the greatest guitarist who has ever lived. I love the guy, but he's not close. It is the answer for someone who does not really know or understand the instrument. Also, you said a Rickenbacker is better than a PRS, which is a joke. Also, Dave Murray from Iron Maiden uses a Gibson dude. They are big sponsors of his. I am not sure where you get your info from. Also, EVH does use Fenders, but he has a custom and uses custom pick ups. Huge difference. Still, they are obviously great guitars, it is just very difficult to get the distortion on those that you can on a Gibson. Boy, you really are an idiot. Not only do you buy a Piece of Real Shit guitar, but then you post such stupidity that the guy in Iron Maiden uses Gibsons. Uhh, the guy's name is Dave Murray, and guess what? He has a signature Stratocaster named after him! You can't get more Fender Strat user than that! He's been using a Strat since the very beginning. And you are not sure where I get my information from? Uhh, it's called my eyes and ears. Have you never seen a video of Iron Maiden or a picture of Dave Murray?  I will sort of agree with you about Hendrix. Sure he did some cool, inventive stuff on his guitar and could write some good songs here and there, but he is not my cup of tea. He's not overrated - he deserves his praise - just that what he does on guitar is not to my liking. Everything else you wrote in your post is stupid. Just curious...have you ever played a Stratocaster? Man, they are perfect in every way. I have a dozen electric guitars - Fenders, a Gibson, Rics, Gretsches, Epiphones, even a VOX Phantom - and the best guitar I own is my Strat. And you are not a better guitarist than I am. I can play every genre. I can play every song from every genre. My rhythm playing is the best on planet Earth. I know every chord...I make up my own chords. My lead playing is fantastic because I don't do any leads. Lead playing is for dopey kids like you. "Mommy, look how many notes I can play in just four bars. None of them have anything to do with the song, but look how many notes I can play." Anybody who plays lead does not understand what music and a song is about. Music ain't about showing off your hammer-ons. Music is about the song; not jerking off on your guitar neck playing a lead. I have seen the dude play a Les Paul every time I have seen him. I looked it up and he does have a sig Strat, which is strange considering he plays a Les Paul. He apparently plays both, which is strange for a guitarist today. Either way. Also, I am not sure why you assume so much about my guitar playing. I am positive that I am better at both rhythm and lead than you.

According to Wikipedia, Murray only recently started playing Gibson. Prior to that it was almost exclusively (but not 100%) Fender Strats.

Another mention of Brady. Folks, the guy was not the best player. I mean do you need reminding that he faced Eli in the Super Bowl and lost. And that happened TWICE! Plus the year Brady was out, a nobody named Cassel went 11-5. Yeah, I could easily mention Ryan Braun of the Brewers who won the MVP but I am not so much of a homer to do such a thing. Fucking Patsies homers will look beyond Brady's and the Patsies cheating ways.

What irks me is when bases are loaded, Braun is up to bat post PEDs and the broadcaster is like, "Last time he hit a grandslam was... blah blah." Yeah, that was when he was still juiced up so it doesn't count you barf chunk. Braun is not the slugger he used to be because he is not juiced.
